Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Automata Solutions Inc. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Automata Solutions Inc. customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Automata Solutions Inc. with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Automata Solutions Inc. to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Automata Solutions Inc. will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Automata Solutions Inc., in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Automata Solutions Inc. will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Automata Solutions Inc. on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Automata Solutions Inc..
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
If the Service allows you to upload, store, export, process, or deliver files or other content, you represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary for those activities and that your content and use of the Service do not violate any law, regulation, intellectual property right, privacy right, contract, or other third-party right.
You must not use the Service to upload, store, transmit, export, or deliver any illegal, infringing, pirated, malicious, deceptive, harmful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unauthorized material, or any material that contains malware or code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to software, systems, networks, accounts, or devices.
We may, in our sole discretion and without assuming any obligation to do so, remove content, suspend deliveries, disable access, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with legal requests if we believe content or conduct may create risk for users, third parties, or the Service.
You acknowledge that Any2K is a passive technology provider and not the publisher, author, seller, verifier, or legal reviewer of files uploaded by users. We do not endorse, guarantee, inspect, or assume responsibility for uploaded content, and you agree that all risk arising from such content remains solely with you and the person supplying that content.
The Service may provide automated features, including AI-generated summaries and text-to-speech. These features may rely on third-party models or providers and may require us to process or transmit source content, prompts, metadata, and related technical signals in order to generate outputs.
AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unavailable, delayed, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating any AI output before relying on it, sharing it, or using it for personal, commercial, legal, medical, financial, educational, or other consequential purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from or related to AI outputs, including any errors, omissions, hallucinations, failures to generate, offensive or unexpected results, voice synthesis artifacts, or decisions made based on such outputs.

Automata Solutions Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the laws in the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada, as applicable.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then any remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
